ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) This designation is the only buyer's designation recognized by the National Association of Realtors. It educates Realtors on how to best represent your buyers.
CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) Along with passing a comprehensive exam you must have at least 2 years of experience with relocation to achieve this level. Agents with this designation are dedicated to expanding their knowledge in order to provide the best service to those buyers and sellers relocating.
CRS (Council of Residential Specialists) "The Master's Degree of Real Estate" These agents must have a well advanced education in related areas such as finance, technology and marketing.
SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) The Senior Advantage Real Estate Council helps seniors make wise and educated decisions in matters related to Real Estate. Agents with this designation are dedicated to those buyers and sellers in this category.
GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) These agents have completed a 92 hour live course from a statewide faculty selected for their extensive experience in their area of expertise.
QSC (Quality Service Certified) These agents have taken a course and end exam on superior customer service. This service allows consumers to identify and select agents by their rating achieved by feedback and evaluations from past clients.
CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) This designation exists to help buyers and sellers of luxury homes or estates find real estate professionals that specialize in this market. These agents must have completed extensive training to build additional compentcies.

After graduating college in 1993 with a degree in Real Estate Holly went on to work in the new construction phase of real estate and also assisted top producers in Lexington. After leaving to stay home with her children she decided to return to the field and specialize in the listing and marketing side of Real Estate. She is a licensed agent and can assist in any facet of real estate. Her service to our team as Listing Coordinator is invaluable when you are selling your home. She is experienced in both sides of the transaction but works as hard as possible to get your home sold in the quickest amount time for the best price. Holly is proficient in researching the market and competitive properties and her attentiveness to communication with our sellers is superb.
